Holly Beaumont (Interfaith Worker Justice), Ruth Hoffman, (Lutheran Advocacy Ministry-New Mexico) and Sr. Joan Brown, osf,(New Mexico Interfaith Power andLight)

• What makes an effective advocate 
•  Briefing of issues on health, education, human services, labor and environment that may come up in 2014 session 
• How to keep engaged throughout the year
