Sen. Bingaman: Difficult Decisions Expected in Lame-Duck Session

According to the New Mexico Democrat,Congress is likely to pass a continuing resolution during the next few weeks leading to the election, leaving the most difficult decisions on the budget until the "lame-duck" session that begins on Nov. 13 .
