Launching the Renewable Energy for All Campaign

Renewable Energy for all New Mexicans is no far-off dream. It is a vibrant reality, within our reach. We are the first generation to feel the effects of climate change, and we may be the last to be able to do anything about it.
New Mexico Interfaith Power and Light  invites people of faith and conscience to become engaged in Renewable Energy for All campaign. Join NMIPL for an inspirational evening on Monday, January 9, at Albuquerque Mennonite Chuch, 1300 Girard NE (map), 5:30-8:00 p.m. to learn more about the campaign

Special guest Ruth Hoffman, director of the Lutheran Advocacy Ministry-New Mexico (LAM-NM) will offer a rundown on legislation related to energy, sustainability and human-needs issues coming up in the New Mexico State Legislature.

Additionally, Joan Brown, OSF, director of NMIPL, will present overviews on legislative initatives related to Raising the Renewable Energy Standards in our state, the Nexus of Energy and Water and Community Solar in New Mexico,  RSVP on Facebook
