Knowing the initial encounter between the first Americans and Europeans in the 15th century remains marked by the tragedy of oppression, destruction, and struggles that continue on today, we wish to celebrate this day as a day of continued healing and reconciliation. We also hope to now greet and welcome others to this land. -Immaculate Conception Church Staff
