Here is the Official Poster for Climate Pilgrimage: Connect the Dots (in Albuquerque)

Here is the official poster for Climate Pilgrimage: Connecting the Dots, scheduled for Saturday, September 20 in downtown Albuquerque.  The local event is sponsored by the New Mexico Interfaith Power and Light and several other organizations to coincide with the People's Climate March and the UN Climate Meeting in New York on Sunday, September 21.

Climate change has a broad impact on sustainability, economics and other aspects of daily life. Therefore,  several local organizations are participating in the march:  Albuquerque Mennonite Community • Bread New Mexico • Catholic Charities of Archdiocese of Santa Fe • Conservation Voters New Mexico • Environment New Mexico • Gallup Solar • Green Chamber of Commerce • La Montanita Co-op • Multicultural Alliance for Safe Environment (MASE) • NM Climate Coalition • NM Conference of Churches • NM Faith Coalition on Immigrant Justice • NM Interfaith Power and Light • Office of Social Justice and Respect Life of Archdiocese of Santa Fe • OXFAM • Physicians for Social Responsibility NM Chapter • Positive Energy Solar • Sierra Club • 350. org • US Green Building Council New Mexico

The Albuquerque Pledge of Resistance against the Keystone and other pipelines will be participating in the march as the "Challenge to Corporate Power" bloc.

"We cannot fight climate change without fighting corporate Power"
