Renown Chef Tom Colicchio Seeks to Make Hunger Visible, Hold Elected Officials Accountable

You might remember Tom Colicchio from his brief appearances on the documentary A Place at the Table.  In this video, he talks with  CNN's chief international correspondent Christiane Amanpour about his efforts to bring visibility to the issue of hunger, and hold elected officials accountable through his new organization, Food Policy Action. The mission of the organization is to "promote a healthy, sustainable food system through public education, issue advocacy, and publication of the National Food Policy Scorecard (PDF)."
